Handwriting is more connected to one’s personality

Handwriting reveals and influences the mental or emotional, personal, professional, social and behavioural well being of an individual. The skill of having legible, neat and accurate handwriting is not a gift of God as many perceived it. If it was a heavenly gift, improving it with scientific methods would have been impossible. As we can develop good handwriting with proper practice, we cannot classify it in the category of heavenly gift. Of course, the science of graphology which is popularly known as Handwriting Analysis dates back to more than three hundred years. Handwriting by itself has not got enough recognition due to the lack of awareness and knowledge and thus the relevance of graphology as a science was undermined even though it had the potential to be benefited everybody in several ways. The advent of modern tools such as typewriter, short hand script and computers restricted the growth of skillful handwriting in several ways. The scope of writing legibly, neatly and effectively was restricted only towards handwriting competitions and only during the schooling period of students. It is time we realize the credibility held by our handwriting in changing the personality of human beings into bold and stronger personalities.

Currently, handwriting analysis has taken immense significance revealing its significance where the scope of handwriting is studied and analyzed using scientific and systematic procedures to reveal the personality and behavioral patterns of the writer. A beautiful and neat handwriting is always welcome as it enhances the interest of the reader. The scope of handwriting is not bound by horizons as one can develop individual styles and incorporate them when you are writing something of your own and articulate your pattern and style of handwriting as unique.
In the current digital era, having a good handwriting skill cannot be a stepping stone to success. Yet, writers with legible handwriting are in demand as there are many educational organizations which aim to protect an ancient art and has continued to evolve over the centuries and has not lost much of its significance. Indeed, handwriting according to the science of graphology enhances several aspects of our personality.
